Post M&A problem

When a series of M&A transactions is completed, divergence of views often occurs among the parties involved, causing conflicts among them. For example, information provided by a seller during the financial due diligence process may be different from the fact, or assumptions in business plans used in basic data for valuation may be too unrealistic. 

In our advisory service, we conduct research, recalculation, and other processes based on the request of parties concerned when such conflicts are recognized and provide services to resolve conflicts such as by providing neutral opinions from a professional and objective standpoint.
